Carol Andary graduated from Sydney University with an Economics/Law degree in 1986. During her final year at University, Carol worked voluntarily at the Marrickville Legal Centre. After graduating, Carol worked in two city law firms before she and her husband started their family.

Carol practises mainly in the areas of Commercial and Property Law and Estate Law. Carol and Doug recently won a significant retail lease case in the Administrative Decisions Tribunal. The case has now helped to define and clarify important issues under the Retail Leases Act 1994.

Carol is also involved in providing legal assistance on a pro bono basis for the Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Women’s Shelter. This organisation provides invaluable temporary supported accommodation for women in times of crisis such as homelessness and/or domestic violence.

Graham Limburg (LLB)

Graham operated his own practice at Thornleigh for 17 years. In 2007, he amalgamated his practice with Miller Noyce to ensure that his many clients were well looked after and cared for when he chose to retire in 2012. We continue to look after many of Graham’s longstanding clients and maintain a strong bond and association with him.

Ken Barnes (LLB)

Ken joined us in 2012 as a very well-known and experienced solicitor, particularly in handling difficult family law parenting and property matters. Ken brought a wealth of general experience and a loyal following of clients whom he looked after for many years. Over recent years, Ken has been “winding down” and is now finalising his remaining matters. Nevertheless, the firm will maintain a strong association with Ken to ensure that we are able to look after his clients, if and when required. We have also developed a strong association with other practitioners experienced in family law and can refer clients to them as necessary.

Our Staff

Many of our staff have been employed with the firm for many years and have gained experience in a wide range of legal matters in that time. Over six members of our staff have each been employed by the firm for over 15 years. In fact, our eleven staff have in total 189 years of service with the firm. This must be some sort of record.
