Kathy has been working part-time for Miller Noyce since 1999 for Mr Doug Spencer. She has worked for 24 years as a legal secretary, after completing a secretarial course (and later the Law Society Legal Secretarial course in 1984). She initially worked full-time for a city sole practitioner and then for the Property Partner of a city law firm. During this period she was a shortlisted candidate for the prestigious 1991 Legal Secretary of the Year Award. After her son was born, she returned to the city practice as a part-time paralegal handling retirement village conveyancing transactions.

Julie joined Miller Noyce as a fulltime conveyancing secretary in January 2007. Before this she worked in various legal secretarial positions both in Sydney and on the Central Coast. Julie moved to New South Wales in early 2004 and is originally from Perth Western Australia where she worked for eleven years in the State Government at Department of Housing and Works. During this time as a conveyancer she dealt with a variety of transactions including rental sales, vacant land sales, acquisitions, discharges, refinances, shared equity mortgages and settlements. Julie has also worked in the retail, hospitality and the fitness industry.
After completing her secretarial training at Hornsby TAFE in 1969 Robyn held various secretarial positions in numerous industries—mining, shipping, real estate, aged care and legal.
